Shipping
Orders take 2–5 business days to process.
3-5 business days to ship
Custom wigs take longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. Delivery times depend on the courier.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, hair cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or installed. Unused items in original packaging may be reviewed case-by-case.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the item is unused and returned in its original state after approval. Custom wigs and sale items are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Custom orders can’t be cancelled once started.

Quality Issues
If you believe there’s a problem with your order, contact me within 48 hours with photos or a video. I’ll review it and offer the best solution.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is handed to the courier, they’re responsible for delivery. Please contact the courier for claims regarding lost or damaged parcels.

Payment
I accept major cards and secure payment options available at checkout.
